Spinal Case Management After An Injury
Although we specialise in case management for spinal Injury, we have knowledge and experience in many areas such as amputee’s, polytrauma and orthopaedic injury. We will consider every case on an individual basis. We have many combined resources to draw on when dealing with Spinal Cord Injury rehabilitation case management. This includes Therapy knowledge, Equipment, Complex Care providers etc, keeping up to date with new developments, attending conferences and seminars.
The company was established by Glynis Kenny in 2010. Glynis first worked in Spinal Cord Injury Nursing in 1984 and has continued to work in this field with a few career changes during the last 42 years. She began her nurse training in 1980 and has since worked in General Surgery, Orthopaedics, District Nursing and Health Visiting. She began working as a case manager in 2000.
Glynis commenced the business as the sole employer, adding valued members to the team over the next few years. We now have an excellent team of Case Managers, Admin staff and Core Experts. We provide full training and mentorship to new Case Managers and provide oversight of their cases helping them to achieve the knowledge and standards we strive to maintain. We work as a team and hold regular team meetings, supervision and training. Our clients are the centre of our work, and our case managers go above and beyond what is expected of them, as do our admin team.
